What is elastic nonwoven fabric?

Nonwoven fabric, also known as nonwoven, nonwoven cloth, or nonwoven textile, is a type of fabric formed without the need for spinning and weaving. It involves arranging textile short fibers or filaments in a directional or random manner to create a fibrous network structure, which is then reinforced using mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods. This elasticity is achieved by incorporating elastic masterbatches during the manufacturing process, allowing the fabric to stretch freely. Additionally, elastic nonwoven fabric is produced using medical-grade polypropylene (PP) material, without the addition of any recycled or reclaimed materials. As a result, it offers a soft texture, environmental friendliness, excellent breathability, and natural antibacterial properties.

Manufacturing Raw Materials

Fiber Materials: The foundation of nonwoven fabric lies in fiber materials, which include natural and synthetic fibers.
